The countdown is definitely moving quicker and our excitement level is growing higher and higher – has the days move closer to the campers arrival.
TO ALL YOUTH LEADERS: We wanted to let you know that since we gave Group the directions to the school, there has been some construction to the area. We have written and updated the directions and you can print them here – drivingdirectionstodms
As a youth leader, myself, I know the need for “Good” music, during the van rides when you arrive in Rhode Island and during the week of camp. So, our youth group has created a list of our local radio stations to help with the choosing of a “good” station.
And please, stay tuned for printable directions from the school to Walmanrt (because we all know how importnat that is), as well as a list of local resaurtants to help plan out your Wednesday night meal plan.

We are about 4 weeks away from camp and we are so excited. Youth Leaders and their youth groups are coming from Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. We are getting ready for their arrival. There will be a warm Rhode Island Welcome when they arrive – including lunch cooked by our local Knights of Columbus (clam cakes and chowder, hot dogs and hamburgers, chips, drinks, and dessert) and served by the many supportive volunteers from local churches. We are also planning lots of yummy snacks, welcome bags, and other fun stuff to make them all feel at home.
If you are a youth leader, please check back to this site for future announcements, weather reports, and radio stations to tune into as you enter the area. As you can see, we are feeding you lunch on your Sunday lunch so please plan accordingly and come hungry.
